Questions

Do we have to rebuild our store?

No. snuepi reads from the systems you have — ERP, feed or API — and writes orders back there. Your store stays for people.

Which agents and protocols are supported?

Agentic Commerce Protocol (ChatGPT), Universal Commerce Protocol (Google), MCP (Claude and assistant apps), A2A and a plain REST API — all under the same rules. When new protocols arrive, we add them, not you.

How do we know who is buying?

The agent proves who it is with a signed request (Web Bot Auth) or an agent key; the buyer is a verified business or a customer who gave their assistant a mandate with limits. What you do not know is treated as unknown — and your rules decide what unknowns get.

What if an agent misbehaves?

It gets list price only when it probes, you block it in one tap, and disputes against its deals count in its reputation with every seller in the network.
